Drums: This is an ongoing Series. I make a wheel thrown form for the shell. After all firings are finished I stretch a skin over the opening and tune for optimal resonance. Finishing with a waxed linen for a decorative and functional touch.

Rock Stack: This is an on going series. It is focusing on the composition using many to create the whole. Each clay rock is wheel thrown individually, shaped individually and then placed in a stack of others. Each stack is a whole complete piece compositionally, however when the stacks are placed together they also communicate as a group composition.
